Gas Aggregation Program

New Franklin residents can take advantage of Summit County's Natural Gas Aggregation program which was developed to save money on your natural gas bills. NOPEC - Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council has been selected by Summit County to provide the natural gas through the aggregation program.

To enroll in NOPEC's Natural Gas Program, contact NOPEC's Customer Care Line at 855-667-3201 (855-NOPEC01).

Electric Aggregation Program

New Franklin residents can take advantage of Summit County's Electric Aggregation Program with Energy Harbor. The program provides residential customers guaranteed savings of 6% off the Price to Compare. For further information residents can call Energy Harbor directly at 866-636-3749. Energy Harbor has replaced the First Energy Solutions as Summit County's aggregation program choice. If you were part of First Energy Solutions Summit County Aggregation Program, you will be automatically included in the new program unless you opt out. Letters were recently sent to FES Customers announcing Energy Harbor.
