The New Franklin City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 6:00 PM at the New Franklin City Hall, 5611 Manchester Road, New Franklin, Ohio 44319, to hear the following request: 2024-PZC-01- Sorrick Farm LLC, 365 Center Road, New Franklin, Ohio 44319 requesting a conditional use permit and a major site plan review from A) Article 2, Section 200.4 (A-G) (Conditional Use Permit), and from B) Article 2, Section 200.5 (A-G) (Major Site and Building Plan), and from C) Article 5, Section 500.01 (Community Facilities) in order to establish an event center on an approximate 47.5 acre parcel (#2301931) within the R-2 (Medium Density Residential Zoning District) located at the aforementioned address.
