The City of New Franklin does not have tornado sirens due to the topographical makeup of our area. Studies show it would take nearly 26 sirens throughout the city to warn residents of severe weather. Fortunately there are many easily accessible options for residents to receive warning notifications. Below are a few we’ve compiled for our area. In addition to these, most weather applications today will track and notify you of severe weather in your location.
