Dispatch Center

As of May 11, 2021, the City of New Franklin and the City of Green utilize the newly formed South Summit Dispatch Center. It's located in Green Fire Station Number 1 located at 4200 Massillon Road, Suite 100, North Canton, Ohio 44720. Residents can still come to the New Franklin Police Department at any time and speak directly to a dispatcher via intercom at the door or call the police station at 330-882-3281.
