Effective January 1, 2008, the Regional Income Tax Agency (known as RITA) will be the city's new income tax collector.  For your convenience, RITA has introduced two online payment services, eFile and ePayment.  These services are FAST, SIMPLE, SECURE and FREE.  No more need for paper returns!  However, you will still be able to file paper returns if you desire.  For more information, log on to www.ritaohio.com or call 1-800-860-7482.  If you have trouble with this service, please call Kathy Witwer, New Franklin Clerk/Treasurer at 330-882-4324.
